Room rate: $165.00 plus 15.25% tax per night single/double occupancy. Room rates are guaranteed until January 18th or until the block is sold out. All reservations must be accompanied by a Credit Card to guarantee your reservation.  Hotel check-in is at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 12:00 PM.

The hotel reservation cut-off date is Monday, January 18, 2009 by COB 5:00pm.   Reservations received after January 18th, or the room block has been filled, will be made on a space-available basis, and may be subject to significantly higher rates. We encourage you to make your hotel reservations early for the best price and availability.

Tourists and business travelers now have a convenient and inexpensive way to travel to and from the Nashville International Airport to downtown Music City. For the economical price of $1.35, they can ride the Nashville MTA's route 18 Airport/Elm Hill bus, which serves the airport and downtown on an hourly basis, seven days a week. Gray Line Airport Express

The Gray Line Airport Express services the downtown and west end hotels of Nashville from the Nashville International Airport. Service begins at 5:00 AM and runs until 11:00 PM. We depart every 15-20 minutes from the airport and every 30 minutes for most hotels.

Taxis
From the airport, the meter starts at $7.00 and the rate is $2.00 per mile. There is a flat rate of $25.00 to the downtown hotel area.

Conference Attire
Business casual attire is appropriate for all conference activities. Since the meeting room temperatures vary, we recommend that you dress in layers and bring a sweater or jacket to the sessions.
